Privacy and consent

What we collect

When you send a donation intent or message, we collect only the information you choose to provide.

• name;
• email and phone, if provided;
• type of help and your message;
• minimal technical information for security.

How we use data

Data is used to reply to the request and protect the form from abuse. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and temporary rate limiting based on a cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address. The message is delivered to the organisation's inbox; the website does not store it in a database. Messages are deleted after the request is resolved, normally no later than 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. We do not sell data and do not send data entered in forms to analytics or advertising tools.

Consent and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent through the organisation's public contact address.

Visit analytics, only with permission

With your permission, Cloudflare Zaraz sends browsing statistics to Google Analytics 4: visited pages, sessions, device characteristics and pseudonymous identifiers. Personal information entered in forms is excluded. We hide the originating IP address in the Google Analytics integration and do not enable advertising audiences. Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under their terms and transfer mechanisms. You can stop analytics through Consent settings.
